Refund Policy

1. Right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

2. How to return

To request a refund, contact us at infocenter@whraxellzlaol.world with your order details. Items should be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.

3. Refund process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method.

4. Exceptions

Sealed products that have been opened for reasons other than checking their nature may not be eligible for refund. Perishable goods are subject to different rules.
